At the opening of the meeting Mr

needs arising for it in a City like New York. Mr Benetts; who has spent some
time here, told of the many cases which had come under his observation where
young men have come to the City from the old country and how through lack of

alleviated by an organisation.

Hon. Treasurer: Mr G Hill.
Hon. Secretary: Mr L. Richards.
The following were elected to draw up the constitution and bye laws which will be submitted for discussion at the next meeting. Meseers; S Blake, Herbert Collins, Fred. H. Richards; W. Richards; E.W. Sedgman; G. Williams and W.T. Williams.
