Our Policies

Our primary policy is to provide the products and service that our customers want. If we don't have it, we will go out of our way to make every effort to get it!

Returns

Although we strive to provide an excellent service we cannot guarantee total satisfaction to everybody. Our return policy is that there are no cash refunds, but goods may be exchanged if in the same condition in which they left our shop within 24 hours of purchase.

Shipping and Handling

We attempt to ship your order as soon as we receive it, provided we have stock of the item you want.

Depending on your location, we will advise you of the cost of shipping and handling. In the case of deliveries on the East Rand, we offer this service free of charge for orders in excess of R200.00.

We regret that at present we are unable to accept credit cards. We do, however, accept postal orders, bank transfers, bank guaranteed cheques and cash on delivery (in the event that we deliver personally).
