Tariff Details:

  • For categories 1-4, the tariff includes: Accommodation for two persons, breakfast and free airport/station transfers for guests who are booked directly on published rate.
  • For category 5, tariff includes: Accommodation for two persons and breakfast.
  • Single occupancy: 10% less, extra bed: 20% more.
  • Children below 6 years, if no extra bed is required, stay gratis.
  • Goverment taxes are applicable; at present (May 2000): 15% on lodging, 8% on food & beverages. Any change of Goverment taxes will be applied.
  • Residents in India enjoy 10% discount on room rate from May to October if booking is made directly with the hotel.
  • Tariff subject to change without notice.
  • Tentative bookings will be accepted only with an advance payment for one night.
  • Reservations will be confirmed only after receipt of the full payment at least one month in advance.
  • Prepayment in any currency will be calculated according to the USD rate on the day of payment.
  • Payments: Cash, Travellers Cheques, Demand Drafts, Pay Orders or Cheques backed by a valid bank guarantee.
  • Credit Cards: Master, Visa. Vouchers are not accepted.
  • Surya Samudra Holiday Resort Pvt. Ltd. has a Money Changer's licence.
  • Travel Agents Commission: 15% on room rate.
  • Groups: Only May to October, tariff on request.
  • Ayurveda Medical Package: Rate as per the above tariff, plus USD 70 per day per person on full board, one full body massage, one doctor's consultation per day. Special treatments and medicines: extra charge.
  • List of treatments and massages (with prices) on request.
  • With prior booking; Butler USD 25 per day; Babysitter USD 15 per day.
  • Cancellation Charges: Until one week prior to the arrival: 50% of the lodging amount for one night; less than one week (November-April): No refund; less than two days (August - October): no refund; less than one day (May-July): no refund.
