Courses We Offer

          Courses offered by the studio may be taken by students starting at the age of 12 months and up, and are available on all levels from beginner to advanced.
*Ballet *Pointe *Jazz *Technique *Tap *Preschool *Irish *Lyrical *Baton *Musical Theater *Modeling *Mom & Tot Classes 0-2 * Mommy & Me Tap *Kinderdance *Acro/Jazz *Tumbling *Adult Classes
          PRESCHOOL - Classes for 2, 3, and 4 year olds, based on the radiments of dance, basic ballet introduction to jazz, a development of rhythm through tap and tumbling. Our staff will work with your child on coordination, strength, stamina and exercises for fitness and flexibility.
          JAZZ - A free style of dance based on body in isolations combined with the social contemporary dances of today.
          TAP - An audible form of dance that develops a strong sense of rhythm and coordination.
          BALLET - The mother of dance which develops good body structure and tone, body placement and technique. It is a must for any jazz, tap, or gymnastic student to strengthen dance technique.

CLASSES:

          Darlynn's Dance has the right to make adjustments to classes after classes begin.

Please understand this is done in the best interest of the students.
We may feel that changes are necessary for the student to receive the best possible
instruction. Please support these decisions. Classes are graded according to age and
ability, NOT THE NUMER OF YEARS A CHILD HAS TAKEN DANCE LESSONS!

CHANGES:

          Darlynn's Dance has the right to change any dates, requirements or policies that is
necessary in the best interest of the studio. Information will be handed out monthly
or emailed upon request for any updates, changes or studio happenings. Please remember
to read and save these policies.

HOLIDAYS:

          The dance studio is closed for Holiday recess during the following times.
(exact dates will be announced yearly)

Thanksgiving Break - approximately 1 week
Christmas Break - approximately 2 weeks
Easter Break - approximately 1 week
Memorial Day - One Day

          These Holiday breaks have been considered in the course season and are
balanced out by the months with five weeks.
