Policies, Rules and Regulations
DRESS CODE:
          Various dance wear is available for purchase at the dance studio including
leotards, tights, and dance shoes. All dance wear must be paid
in full prior to student taking possession.
Female students wear Black Leotards and Pink Tights. Older female students should wear dance pants, sports bra or crop top.
         
ABSOLUTELY NO T-SHIRTS, SHORTS OR BAGGY PANTS WILL BE PERMITTED!
          Male students wear sweatpants, shorts and T shirts
          Please make sure your child has the proper dance wear.
SHOES:
Tap: Beginner Tap - White Tap Shoes
Second Year Tap - Beige Tap Shoes
Jazz: Beginner and First year - All Purpose Shoes
Preschool - White Criss Cross Shoes
Acro - White All Purpose Shoes

Dance Wear can be purchased in the studio.
PRIVATES:
          Each private is to be paid in an envelope with the students name and class written on the outside. Payment is due before the class starts. No exception! There is a 24 hour cancellation notice required for these classes. If you do not cancel with 24 hour notice you will be charged for the class. This cancellation courtesy permits us to offer this time to a student on the waiting list or re-arrange our schedule. Any student interested in private classes must register now, as there will be a limited amount of available openings for privates this fall.
OBSERVATION DAY:
          Parents are invited to observe their child throughout the year. A note is posted on the bulletin board for these dates.
CLOSINGS & HOLIDAYS:
          We will be closed for Thanksgiving, Christmas, Easter and Memorial Day. Newsletters with information and holiday closings will be sent home with your child.
          Closings due to weather conditions; Please listen to WCVI, WLSW radio stations.
          A line mother will be assigned to relay important information to parents in the class throughout the year.

COSTUME FEES:
          Costume deposits are due by November. Deposit will be $40.00 per costume. No costume will be ordered with this initial deposit. Any costume ordered after the initial order
is sent will be subject to additional shipping and handling fees which will be the responsibility of the student. Deposits will be accepted prior to November for your convenience. The final balance, if any,
is due the first lesson in January. Balances will be provided to students at the time. Any costume balance not paid by January 10th will be charged a $10.00 late fee per month, per costume.
          Costumes, Pictures, etc. is optional.
RECITAL PROGRAM BOOK:
          Fees for the recital program book pictures will be announced yearly, depending the cost to produce the book. The fee paid to the studio is for the picture(s) to appear in the
book. Any picture purchased will be done through the portrait studio. Each student will receive a copy of the book at no cost. All balances due the dance studio must be paid in full for student to appear in book.
          Costumes, Pictures, etc. is optional.
FUNDRAISERS:
          Anyone in the school that is interested has the option to fundraise to pay for tuition, costumes, pictures. For more information, please contact the office for fundraising information and officers.
