Welcome to the VMU Saves section where you can download VMU games, and saves to enhance your gaming on your Dreamcast!

     The "VMU" stands for "Visual Memory Unit," which is a fancy name for the Dreamcast's Intelligent memory card. At its most basic level, a VMU holds 128k, or 200 blocks, of save game data. It plugs into the back of a Dreamcast controller, arvade stick, light gun or other peripheral. When inserted, the VMU's LCD screen can communicate information about the game at hand. Examples include choosing sports plays without opponents seeing your decision, or using the LCD screen as an in-game mapping device.
