So, you're thinking about trying a triathlon; it's easier than you might think. I'm relatively new to the sport and I would like to pass along some of the things that I've learned.
I designed this guide for anyone who enjoys exercise, but the person should probably have a bit of a backround in at least one of the events. I'm in the middle of the pack in races, but I'm only competing against myself. I exercise and race to strengthen my mind and body. With each race, I challenge myself to go faster or further. It's a wonderful sport.
