Well now, Scatterjack is one of the most beloved Characters in all of Tellos. I say he's a beloved Character as one might inclined to see him as one, as he is always telling stories, the thing about his Stories though is that they're all true. Without Rikk knowing it 'Jack had "primed the pump" for Rikk, yes that lovable little scamp, to become the hero he would one day become.

Loved throughout all of Tellos, he wanders telling stories for meals and drink, and his listeners love to well, listen to his stories. He's got a thousand of them, maybe more, and not all of them have a happy ending.
