Chan

Located on the top of Goblin Mountains is the Sharpened Fang Clan's home, the village of Chan. They are ruled by three Goblins who all had their start in life in the Human world. They have each traveled and know a trade (fighter, cleric and thief). Dekduna is the main leader, she is wise and kind. The trio are trying to change the way of their Goblin Kin. They know the only way that they are going to survive in this world is to settle down and trade with the other races and try to maintain peace.

The goblins are using the natural caves there to mine ore, a few gems and mushrooms. The caves lead to the underdark. Lately the normal

underdark creatures have been restless and have been coming out on the surface. Dekduna is worried of what this could mean.

Thanks in large part to Marcus informing Lady Hawk of the Goblins willingness to live peacefully with others, the Goblins has started talks

and trade with Goodberries. This is a good thing for both parties. The Village of Chan has also started to build new more sturdy buildings. Click here for what's here or scroll down.

There were some creatures exiting the mines and attecking the village, but the party has stopped the attacks and found a Mage controlling

the Undead Giants that attacked the Carnival.(Updated: 2/8/02)

What is here:

Leaders House: Here you can find at least one of the leaders at all times. This is like their city or town hall. This is the largest building in Chan.

Guards' House: These building is for the Lady Hawk's guards that she sent to help protect Chan. There can be anywhere from 2d10

man at arms. This is the building farthest north.

Mining Storage: This is where the iron ore and gems are kept until they can be sent to Goodberries for sale. This is next to the mine.

Storage Warehouse: Do to Chan's new found wealth, they now have supplies and these warehouse is to keep them. This is just to the north

of the Mining Storage. The wagons unload their wears then load up with ore and Gems.

Iron Claw: This is Chan's training area for their fighters. This is across from the Leaders House to the South.

Black Feather: This is the thieves training area. This is the third building from the Manning Storage to the north.

Shinning Star: This is the temple of Oghma. It is south of the Leaders House.

****Note to Players: The people listed with Level (lv), Class and Alignment (Al) could be willing to join the party if the party is lacking players or muscle. The other NPCs do not care to adventure.
