Hey, guys, I'm the weirdo who designed this site, and I thought it was about time you got to know me. WHETHER YOU WANTED TO OR NOT, BWAHAHAHAA!! Whoops, sorry, that just kinda slipped out...Anyway, normally on an "About Me" page you post a picture of yourself, but I think it's a bit dangerous to post pictures of yourself on the Internet where just any weirdo (I mean BAD weirdos, not fun and harmless ones, like me) can just come along and see you. So you'll have to make do with this picture of my Sonic universe alter-ego, Chaos Theory T. Echidna, instead. Basically I look like her only human. Same hair, same eyes, same complexion. Naturally I'm taller as I'm about 5' tall even and I believe the Mobian animals are only about 2 and a half feet tall on the average...
What is Chaos Theory herself like? If you want to know that, you'll have to read her profile on the "My Fan Stuff" page (not written yet. The profile, not the My Fan Stuff page I mean.)
As for me, myself, and I? Well, like I said, I'm 5' tall, female, with pale complexion, blue-grey-green eyes, long shaggy layered brown hair, and wire-rimmed glasses. I like to wear deliberately out of style clothes, just to be colourful and different. When my friends see clothes labeled "retro" in a store they immediately think of me. I like to read a lot, write a lot, play video games (obviously!), science fiction, fantasy, humour, bicycle riding, a little anime/manga, and much much more. I like music from almost ANY decade, era, or style as long as it's good (excepting rap and country, which I TOTALLY hate no matter WHAT. Not counting a few crossover songs that are mixed with some other genre so they're more bearable.) I am absolutely fascinated by the history and trivia of pop music and will talk your ears off about it if given half a chance. And I'm a left-handed, cat-loving, non-religious, feminist, tree-hugging certified liberal Democrat AND PROUD OF IT! But I won't be bringing my politics into this site--don't worry.
Anyway, my favourite shows include Star Trek: Deep Space Nine, Babylon 5, the Simpsons, Murphy Brown, Taxi, Newhart, Laverne and Shirley, Frasier, Thundercats, Ranma 1/2, Urusei Yatsura and Sailor Moon. I WOULD give the Sonic cartoon (the Saturday AM one) a try and maybe like it BUT by the time I got into the fandom enough to know that the cartoon existed, it was already off the air!
When did I become a Sonic fan? In January of 1996, when I played Sonic 2 for the first time. As for WHY, that's a much longer story that you can find, if you really want to, on the essays page of this site..

Of course, they all went deaf from listening to her New Wave tapes, blind from her bright clashing '80s clothes, and crazy from listening to her babble on endlessly for hours at end about nothing, but hey...
