Caliguiran Real Estate captured the Tykes Division crown by annihilating Pavia Real Estate/BMW Sterling 23-14. The coach's son the diminutive and the youngest Tyke, Chris Caliguiran once again dominated the game and was named the "Most Valuable Player Award" poured in 10 points but sat out the last quarter to give way to his teammates the much needed playing time. He was wondering why? The coach said; son, you just put this game in the refrigerator where the butter is cool, the ice is hard and out of reach. He got plenty of help from his friends, Elijah Villacorte not far behind with 8 points, Billy Sanchez contributed 4 points even Marcellus had a point. Ariel Magalong and Diego Sandiego of  Pavia Real Estate/BMW Sterling had 7 points apiece and the latter was awarded the "Sportsmanship Award" for his inspired play and friendliness on and off the court.

Advanced Funding Group got loose from a tight game against Keller Williams Preferred Properties when Jing Deleon (20 points) hit back to back 3 pointers to open the 4th quarter that pushed their lead from 2 to 8 points. From then on, they never look back and bury Keller Williams Preferred Properties who went cold from the field to fell for the second time this season. If they were to stand on a beach and throw that ball to the ocean they would have missed it by a mile. That's the kind of night they had in the last quarter. The final score 55-40.
