Souvenir Booklet
Our organizations credo and commitment is to provide mentoring and educational opportunities for Americas youth.
We anticipate an attendance in excess of 1,000 guests including professional athletes, attorneys and many other well-respected members of the business and professional community from the DFW Metroplex area. We request your support in sponsoring an advertisement in our gala souvenir program. Your generous support will be appropriately acknowledged throughout the evening. With your assistance and partnership we can continue our dedicated effort to empower youth within the our community.

Sponorship
We are seeking corporate sponsorship to fund a major portion of our Gala costs. We are looking for corporate sponsorship at the prescribed levels outlined on the following sheet, that would ensure the financial success of our event which will greatly enhance the impact that The Bridge Foundation will have in the surrounding communities.
In return for your sponsorship we are offering different levels of communications that would make the most of your companys logo and/or slogan. Communications would include The Bridge Foundation, Casino Night, OGG and various other web sites. Press releases submitted by the event committee, vendor communications and banners at the event. Your logo would appear on fliers, posters and other forms of paper media printed, depending on your sponsorship commitment. Your company name will be recognized for sponsorship in radio spots, signage, and other Misc. forms of promotion. You will also be allocated advertising space in our souvenir booklet.
Representatives from your company are encouraged to be present to ensure that the Gala is a quality event and that your company is properly represented.

Vendors Booths
The Casino Night Gala stands as the signature event for The Bridge Foundation. It is our biggest annual fund-raising affair.
The fund-raising event just keeps getting better with each passing year. Last year, we had over 1,000 patrons and even more are
expected this year. We hope that you plan on making this years Casino Night Gala a fixture in your annual event participation. Please
read the rules and regulations and other pertinent information listed below.

VENDOR TABLE & CHAIR:
One 6 table and two chairs will be provided to each vendor.
PAYMENT AND FEES:
The vendor registration cost is $100 for each vendor for the entire evening. All monies and registration should be mailed to the
following address post-marked date by June 15, 2004:
Once your money and registration information is received, you will receive a confirmation call. If you mail your money and
registration and do not receive a confirmation call within 5 days, please call me at xxx-xxx-xxx.
SET-UP TIME:
Vendors will need to be at the Adams Mark hotel for set-up no later than 4:00 PM, Saturday, June 26, 2004.
HOURS OF OPERATION:
Vendors are responsible for attending to and the operation of their table during hours of the event. The event will begin at 8:00 PM
until approximately 2:00 AM on Saturday, June 26, 2004. The vendors are free to shut down their booth anytime during the event.
DEADLINE for RESERVATION:
All monies and registration information should be mailed no later than June 15, 2004. This is to allow sufficient planning of space
utilization.
CANCELLATIONS:
A full refund will be provided upon a written request received by June 19, 2004; otherwise, no refunds will be granted.
No refunds after June 19, 2004.
