  Stork's Nest

Stork's Nest is a collaboration between Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Inc. and the March of Dimes. Since 1971 the Kappa Zeta Chapter has had a Stork's Nest in Dallas. Stork's Nest Charity Fund of Dallas is the nonprofit arm of the Kappa Zeta Chapter. Through this nonprofits entity, the Kappa Zeta chapter is able to facilitate the Stork's Nest Education and Incentive Program as well as other community based endeavors.

Stork's Nest Education and Incentive Program is a two-pronged approach to assisting low-income mothers in having healthy pregnancies, leading to healthy births. There is an education component along with an incentive component. Currently the Nest, which houses the infant and toddler incentive items, is housed at Health Specials High School in Dallas. The pre-natal education component is held at the Juanita Craft Center located at 4500 Spring Avenue in South Dallas.

A building has been purchased at 2629 Martin Luther King, Jr. Blvd. This building will house a consolidated Stork's Nest upon completion of renovations.
