Skydome is one of the ugliest stadiums I have ever seen.
Big, Concrete, Metal, Astroturf.
It's almost hard to believe that it opened just three years before
Camden Yards.
They were way ahead of their time with the retractable roof,
but the rest is just wrong.
It was a big step up from Exhibition Stadium,
but at least that had some character.
Fireworks go off after a Joe Carter homerun (1-3, HR, 3 RBI).
Skydome is so big, when closed all the other domes could fit inside.
Obviously not at the same time.
Stadium Rating : B-
