My work is dedicated to my kind and loving husband, Steven Lee Killick, who has suffered long and hard during my
search for our BREWSTER ancestors. He not only acted as my chauffeur on two separate trips to New York, but he also bankrolled
me throughout these many years. He has listened patiently (at least I think he was listening) to my many BREWSTER tales as
I learned more about their lives and times. He has chased through countless cemeteries and libraries with me, always being
my second set of eyes. Without him, I would not have been able to discover all that I have found.
Thank you dear Steven!
Special thanks to all of my cousins, aunts, uncles, and all of the countless
others who have helped to contribute in one way or another to the outcome of my discoveries.
A very special thank you goes to my cousin, GWEN (MEACHAM) NICHOLS,
who first got me interested in our BREWSTER family in 1978. Without her encouragement and help, I probably would never have
been bitten by the “genealogy bug.” We had some great times early on in our research together. Thank you dear
Gwen!
