Conditioner for Dry Skin~

1 ounce each: Oatmeal, Almond meal, ground Comfrey leaves.

Mix together.
This is enough for 3 baths or showers.
Add 1 ounce of this mixture to 1 quart of boiling water.
Take off heat. Cover & let steep for 20 minutes.
Strain into bathwater.
You may save the herbs to put in a facecloth as a scrub.
Soak for atleast 10 minutes.


For Oily or Scaly Skin~

1 ounce each: Lemongrass, Cornmeal, Witch Hazel, Rose petals.

Mix together. Add 1 ounce of this mixture to quart boiling water. Same as above recipe.
Use 2 times a week.
