We reached the party hall within minutes. "Here we go," Jenn spoke as she parked next to Tay's car.

I laughed a bit and got out. As we neared, we heard the radio playing. Once we set foot in the hall, we realized that it was the stuff we used to listen to. At that moment, Aerosmith's "I Don't Wanna Miss A Thing" came on.

"May I have this dance?" I asked.

"Of course," she replied sweetly.

The two of us walked to the dance floor and started to slow dance.

Meanwhile…

"Look at those two," Angela spoke.

"I know. I can't believe they've stayed together this long," Diana replied.

Angela nodded, just as the lights turned pink. The two mothers turned to see Zac change the lighting for Jenn and me.

I smiled down at Jenn. "You know, I used to hear this song and think of you," I informed.

"Me too," she spoke softly.

She looked at me with those innocent baby blues. I nearly melted as they met mine. Our faces neared and our lips met for a kiss. We stood oblivious to the world around us.

"Will one of you go break those two up?" Angela asked.

"Sure," Jess replied.

She walked out to where we stood and tapped us each on the shoulders. "Yo, lovebirds, time to break it up." Neither of us moved.

So, Jessica did what her mother asked of her and pulled us apart. Literally. "Hey!" Jenn cried.

"Hey nothing. You came here to set up. NOT make out," Jess replied.

"Really?" I asked.

"Yes, Hon. The party is in five hours," she said, a tone of sarcasm in her voice. I smiled and looked at my watch. It was ten o'clock and the party was set for three.

"Okay, okay," Jenn gave in. "We'll work."

"We?" I asked.

Jenn laughed and sucker punched me. "Yes, WE. If you don't do, I don't do."

I sighed playfully. "Oh fine." Jenn grinned as we headed over to start setting up a table.

After a few minutes, we had set three tables and helped put out some food.

"It's looking good, kids," Nicholas said.

"Thanks," Jenn replied smiling. "This blond babe helped me out." She grinned at me. The most adorable grin I've ever seen come out of her. I sighed, thinking of the time we met. At that point we were only twelve and sixteen.

"I'm Jennifer, but you can call me Jenn," the girl in front of me said, breathlessly sticking her hand to me. Who seemed to be her sister had been chasing her, most likely playing tag.

"Hi," I spoke, liking this girl already. "I'm Isaac, but you can call me Ike."

"Ike! Ike, snap outta it!" Jenn resorted to smacking me back to reality. "You okay?"

"Yea, just thinking."

"About?"

"When we met," I replied, pulling her into a hug.

She grinned. "That had to have been one of the best days of my life."

"Mine too," I agreed.

"Well, that's about all we need out here. Can you help behind the scenes?" Angela asked.

"Sure, I have to use the men's room first," I replied.

"Yea, I need to do a powder job too," Jenn replied.

"Alright. Take your time. You two have done quite a bit already."

Jennifer and I headed to the bathrooms and after a few minutes, we were back helping the others again. 'I wonder how I'm gonna…I'VE GOT IT!' I thought.
