“Mmmhmmm,” Jessica, her sister, replied.
“Wow, this is great,” her friend, Amanda, said.
“Yea,” Jenn agreed. Her family and Amanda’s families were vacationing together.
“Well, you three go ahead and ride whatever. Have fun and meet us here at five o’clock,” Cathy, Manda’s mother, said.
“Kay, thanks! See ya later!” Jenn exclaimed, heading toward the Tower of Terror.
“Hey, Jenn, do we HAVE to go on that thing RIGHT away? We just had breakfast,” Jessica pleaded.
Jenn sighed. “I suppose not.” She looked around and spotted an animation tour. “You wanna go there? It’s a sixty-minute plus wait, SO by the time we get out, we can go straight to the Tower.
“Sure,” Manda said.
“YES!” Jessica exclaimed.
The three girls began walking to The Magical World of Animation. As they were walking in, Amanda gasped.
"Crap! Jenn, look! It’s the blond gay girls, Hanson!”
“Seriously?” the thirteen-year-old looked up from the map she was looking at. Hanson was straight in front of them. She sped up, not wanting any girls to get ahead of her. Jenn casually leaned against a silver handrail and Jessica and Amanda soon followed. “Okay, so after this we’re headin’ to the Tower of Terror, then that Indiana Jones stunt show and that Star Wars thing?”
“Sounds good,” Jess said.
“Yes, oh navigator person,” Amanda replied kiddingly.
Jenn laughed a bit, but was interrupted by a tap on the shoulder. She turned around and came face to face with the bluest eyes she had ever seen. Maybe even bluer than her own. ‘Wow,’ she thought. ‘Even hotter in person.’
“Excuse me, but I overheard you saying you were going to the Star Wars ride…we’re having a bit of a time finding it. Do you think you can help us?” he asked.
“Oh, sure!” Jenn began giving him the directions. “Do you just want my map? We have another,” Jenn offered.
“Sure, thanks,” Taylor replied. “Um, I’m Taylor. These are my brothers, Isaac and Zac.”
“Hi, I’m Jenn,” she said, shaking each one’s hands politely.
“Hey,” Isaac and Zac said.
“This is my sister, Jessica and my friend, Amanda.”
“You can call me Jess,” she said.
“You can just call me Manda,” she said dreamily, looking at Taylor.
“So, where you from?” Isaac asked. “Oh, and you can call me Ike.”
“Okay. We’re from Jersey,” Jenn replied.
“What part?”
“Central,” Jenn replied, looking at Tay and Amanda and Zac and Jess. Each had started their own private conversations.
“Really? We’ve been to Paramus…it was crazy. You near there?”
“Well, the people in that state are either crazy or nasty. Yeah, I’m from around there. Like, an hour away,” Jennifer replied.
“Cool,” Isaac said.
Jenn gave a soft smile. “Where’re you from?”
“Oklahoma. We’re from the small suburbs of Tulsa,” Isaac replied.
“Oh, I’ve never been there,” Jenn said.
“Oh, it’s great there,” Isaac replied.
“Cool,” Jenn said. There was an awkward silence.
‘She is so hot…but she probably likes Tay,’ Ike thought. He then sighed. At that moment, he realized he was staring. “Sorry,” he blushed and noticed Jenn was doing the same.
“It’s okay,” she softly spoke, pushing some wisps of hair from her face. “Umm, the line is like, moving.”
“Oh,” Isaac said, turning around and walking a bit.
Jennifer caught herself staring at Ike’s butt. ‘What am I doing? I have my sights set on Tay,’ Jenn thought. She started walking; convincing herself Ike was just a new friend.
