India is the country where the great story of Rama and Sita was first told and it is still told, danced, sung, sculpted.  Every Indian knows this story well and knows its characters as if they were their own relatives.  Therefore, various Indian people reviewed the play to help me bring the characters to life in a way they too could recognize.  I would like to especially thank Shreedevi Munshi and Saroja Doraiswamy for their helpful suggestions.

Then the play was shown to spiritual leaders who had special love for the story of Rama.  Again thanks to Swami Omkarananda of Badarikashrama in San Leandro, California who gave his blessing to the project.  Sant Keshavadas, himself the author of Ramayana at a Glance, thoroughly reviewed the play during his lifetime and wrote a wonderful letter. Click here to read his letter.
