1. Nets must both be the same length.

2. A player's foot must not cross the center line.

3. Each League Game will be played with three (3), two (2) minute periods with stop time, with exception to some tournaments in whichthe rules will be chosen by the participants.

4. There is a seven goal mercy rule. This means that if at any time a player is winning by seven goals, the game will be completed.

5. Game must be played on your knees. If a shot is taken and the opposing player is standing up, it results in a goal.
