*DRIVERS (also called 'device drivers') are the software applications your computer uses to 'talk' to your Printer, Monitor, Joystick and even your Keyboard, Mouse, Sound Card and Modem. If your computer didn't have drivers it would just be an expensive paper weight.
You can visit the Website of your Printer (or other device) Manufacturer for Upgrades of their Drivers. Upgrades are used to either fix GLITCHES or add NEW FEATURES.
If you can't find the Driver you're looking for at the manufacturer's site (it happened to me) try C/Net's Driver site or
ZDNet's 'Driver Finder' .

Windows®
95 Year 2000 Update - "This update addresses these known
issues which are associated with generating dates on your computer on
or after January 1, 2000. The known issues cover leap
year calculations in particular circumstances, the
handling of some date/time settings, and incorrect
logging of on-line calling."
"Out Of Band Problem" is Microsoft's® term for Blue Death or OOB Nuke. This happens when a Hacker in a chat rooms types a certain character string in his/her dialogue box CRASHING everyone's computer in that room who uses Windows®95.

Control your audio CD's from your toolbar, add autoplay to your CD-ROM's, access your files without opening folders and more. Power Toys are from from the good folks at Micro$oft® (notice: there's no tech. support for Power Toys).
