In the beginning.............
She Started with The Easy Baker's Oven and enjoyed preparing baked goodies for the family. Then she finially moved on
to the real stuff. Mom used to own a couple of small restaurants in Northern Toronto, and she enjoyed spending all of her
time creating jams, cookies and stews for the business. The finished goods were enjoyed by all, and she decided that one
day, she would make creating artistically delicious items as her own business one day.
Today, Lis has over 25 years in the food and hospitality business.
