The Interact Club of La Salle Klang is a Rotary International (Rotary Club of Klang) sponsored service club for high school students. There are many Interact Clubs established in schools all over the world. We carry out a combination of projects each year - including an International Understanding project, and Community Service and Club Service projects. Interactors often form a service partnership with the Rotarians (members of Rotary International) to work together on a varierty of projects.
The Interact Club of La Salle Klang is one of the many Interact Clubs established in Malaysia and it's members comprise of several ethnic groups. Interact benefits its young members and community. Through Interact, we develope initiative, leadership skills and lasting friendships. Interact is mainly about personal development in today's young people to create tomorrow's world leaders.
We have roughly 100 members. 13 of them make up the Board of Directors. These students are responsible for the movement of the Club with guidance from the teacher advisor and the school's Principal. They meet at least once every two weeks to discuss upcoming projects and matters related to the Club. They also carry out projects with fellow Interactors.
