Mayor can be an airhead sometimes and often needs to rely on his assistant, Miss Bellum. Mayor has a special hotline that he uses to call the Powerpuff Girls if he needs help. Miss Bellum is really smart, and she was the only one who believed the Powerpuff Girls were innocent when three men were dressed up as them and committing crimes.
