Established on August 31,1987, the company started with the construction of Goldland Villa, a 43-unit first class townhouse located at Sandejas Street, Pasay City. Months later, a nail was hammered to signal the birth of its second projectthe Goldland Mansion, a 33-unit residential townhouse situated at 5^th Avenue, Cubao, Quezon City

After several months, it was followed by the simultaneous construction of 16-unit Goldland Executive Townhomes, a superbly designed townhouse units at Villaruel Street in Pasay City, and Vine Villa, a 4-storey residential condominium consisting of 33 units at Firefly Street, Valle Verde 6, Ortigas, Pasig City

Inspired by its earlier success, the company embarked on a much bigger project--- the construction of 20-storey Goldland Tower and 28-storey Goldland Plaza, a luxury residential condominium along Eisenhower Street just opposite the Club Filipino in Greenhills, San Juan. The latter project boast a modern communication system and security facilities, which makes Goldland Plaza the first condominium in that areaa to have such kind of sophisticated amenities.

Both condominium projects were successful so much so that other property developers followed suit.
