SALES GUIDELINES & REQUIREMENTS:

 

 

  • TERMS of PAYMENTS and CONDITIONS

Ø       Php 30,000 Reservation Fee is to hold the particular unit & NON-REFUNDABLE

Ø       Monthly Amortization shall start thirty (30) days from full payment of equity.

Ø       All amortization payments shall be covered with post-dated checks

Ø       All forms of payments to be made by the buyer shall be payable directly to GOLDLAND PROPERTIES & DEVELOPMENT CORP. and will be honored upon issuance of Official Receipts of monthly payments upon clearance of each post dated check

Ø       The buyer must be abide of guidelines of the Developer as stipulated  in the Reservation Agreement

 

 

  • DOCUMENTATION REQUIREMENTS:

Ø       Duly Accomplished Reservation Agreement Form (3 sets) and Buyers Information Sheet (1 copy)

Ø       Photo copy of latest of Community Tax Certificate

Ø       Photo copy of Tax Identification Certificate (TIN) or Passport

Ø       Postdated checks for the amortization of balance of purchase price

Ø       Special Power of Attorney (SPA)

  • Download S.P.A draft, click below link   
  • Print 3 copies each page
  • Fill-up necessary blanks in the S.P.A draft & affix your signature
  • Snail Mail the duly accomplished S.P.A together with your Philippine Passport (photo copy) & 1 Pc. (2x2) I.D. Picture

Note: Except for S.P.A All above requirements will be accomplished and sign by your representative here in the Philipiines.

 

SUCCEEDING REQUIREMENTS (w/ balance):

Ø       Five (5) signed copies of Contract to Sell

Ø       One (1) signed copy of Deed of Restrictions (annex-A)

 

  • FINAL REQUIREMENTS (fully paid):

Ø       Five (5) signed copies of Deed of Absolute Sale

Ø       One (1) signed copies of Deed of Restrictions (annex-A)
