After enjoying pizza baked in wood fired ovens in several
restaurants and hearing Kiko Denzer talk about earth ovens
on public radio, Susan thought it would be fun to have
our own wood oven for pizza and bread. Tim had been
thinking about a wood fired barbeque-grill and we decided
to build an outdoor kitchen that would include both.
