The Crystal Blue Water of the Pool Area is
steps away from the Condo. Lounge chairs are provided. A
pool house with enclosed eating area, refrigerated water fountain
and BBQ grill complete the experience.

The Bay Forest Clubhouse serves as the focal
point of the community. A place to meet and be met that takes
advantage of the beautiful landscaped surrounding grounds, pools,
paths, fishing lakes and bay area.

|
The inside of the air-conditioned Bay Forest
Clubhouse includes a fitness room and a separate recreation room
with pool table, color TV and community book exchange library.
There is a full kitchen and event room available should you decide
to host a party!

The Bay Courts include 4 Har-Tru Tennis Courts
with shelters and refrigerated water fountain. Also, join us
for a game of shuffleboard, but some of us do keep
score!.

The Bay Courts also include 2 Bocce Ball
Courts. Nearby are 2 Lakes that are stocked for
catch-and-release fishing.

|
Behind the Condo is our Boardwalk, a 2,000 foot
bridge through the mangrove nature preserve to the back bay. The
reward for this adventure is the Bay Forest Tiki Hut that provides the
perfect location to sit, relax and watch tropical birds, jumping fish,
dolphin and manatees.

There are 3.8 miles of private walking paths
within Bay Forest only for Bay Forest residents. These paths are
steps from our Condo and include paths through the Nature Preserve
which is home to the protected Gopher Tortoise, tropical birds and
other creatures.
