GETTING TO PHAZON MINES
Head back to, "Tallon Overworld." Go to the, "Landing Site." Save at your ship if you want. Head for the door closest to the, "Frigate Crash Site." The entrance to that door is on ground level, in a hidden little cave down below type area. The room is called, "Waterfall Canyon." Progress on and get to, "Frigate Crash Site." Go underwater and open the Ice Beam door. You'll soon be in, "Main Ventilation Shaft Section C." Drop to the bottom and go through the door at the bottom and work your way to, "Main Ventilation Shaft Section B." You'll find that the door you want to go through doesn't have power. Aim above the door with your Wave Beam and shoot the area around the square thing above the door. Continue on. You'll end up in the, "Reactor Core." You want to go through the only door here, but, it has no power. Turn on your Thermal Visor and find the 4 glowing power turning on things. 3 are near the bottom of the area, the 4th is right by the door you're trying to get through. Shoot your wave beam at them. Proceed and you'll be in, "Reactor Access." There is a save room here. Also, you need to turn power onto another door. You know what to do. Next, you'll be in, "Cargo Freight Lift to Deck Gamma." It's a little confusing getting to the top because of the angles and such. But, when you do, you'll find out that the door needs power. Put on your Thermal Visor. One of the power things is right near the door you need to go through. One is right where you entered this room. The 3rd one is about half-way up the room, as you jump up the platforms. Move on to, "Biohazard Containment." Again, find the 3 power switches to activate the door. Watch out for the turrets. Now, go to, "Biotech Research Area 1." There will be 3 or 4 Aqua Pirates. Take care of them, then, Thermal Visor to power up the door. Proceed. Now, you're in, "Hydro Access Tunnel." Morph Ball time. There is an ENERGY TANK in here, you just have to use good bomb timing and get yourself up to the top...continue through the Morph Ball area. Now, you'll be in, "Great Tree Hall." Work your way out of the water and go through the Ice Beam door which leads to, "Transport Tunnel E," which leads to, "Transport to Phazon Mines East." Take it down into the Phazon Mines.
