Go south on Mill Plain quickly after going under train underpass GO LEFT (East) on the Post Rd.(Rte 1) QUICKLY Go Right at Ruanne (first/next Light). Go Right at stop sign at end of Ruanne. Go Left on Mona Tr.then Right at Sullivan Pl. Use the Gym doors at far end of Complex if you arrive early don't panic - we'll be there at (or near) starting times as announced at (2O3)
