Burton's heart surgery goes well and he is back at Fallin & Fallin in no time and starts considering
naming Nick as a managing partner. Nick is placed on a case to find a home for a child whose father, after being
laid off, shot and killed several co-workers. Lulu completes her first trimester and finds out that Nick started
drinking again and has been dating without telling her.
