Nick is placed on a case that involves Lucas Farr, a 20-year-old whose younger brothers have been removed
from his care by social services. Nick immediately picks up on the fact that Lucas is gay, but this doesn't
stop him from trying is hardest to win the case. In the meantime, Burton tells Nick to collect money from a
delinquent client, Jed Tobin, whose trust Burton oversaw. Back at Legal Service, Lulu's
father, Gus Archer, pays her a surprising visit and Nick quickly understands that there is tension between the
two. Lulu confides in Nick when she tells him what her father put her through while she was growing up. Will
Gus'svisit bring Nick and Lulu closer or will it push Lulu away?
