4/12/04:  Search of POW/MIA Database revealed only one document regarding Capt. O'Brien.  It pertained to information obtained by a Lao refugee regarding a Crash Site in Ban Phone; Salavan.

It's bad enough that this hero remains missing...but there is virtually no information regarding Captain O'Brien anywhere to be found.  If you have any information, such as his unit of assignment or information regarding his shoot-down/loss incident, etc...please email me ASAP!
