Prince Teran Diteea
![]()
![]() Teran's life is not quite so tragic as the others. His family is all still alive, but he's never felt particularly close to them due to circumstances. Due to Diteea's location as being close to a warring border, his father and older brother are always away at war. Bara's sudden distance from everyone left him without his closest companion, and he began to withdraw. Teran never saw anything too special about himself, as he is the first member of his family born without the gift of magic (a skill Diteea prides itself in). That all changed when he met Amelia at her tenth birthday party. They bonded instantly and Teran began trying to learn swordplay in order to impress her. Something about Amelia left a mark on him, and he shaped up. Now that he is Doren's prisoner and Amelia's life is ultimately at stake, Teran is willing to die for Amelia's sake, because she is ultimately his one reason for remaining alive. It's not that he doesn't care about others, but Amelia is the center of his existence. As of now, he seems to have been captured in the last Outsider war. MIA for three years, he's fallen into the hands of Doren...what sort of plans does the wizard have for him? No matter what, it is to be expected that Teran will hold out no matter what the price if he can keep Amelia alive. Personality: Teran, like Michael, tries to keep his problems inside, but Teran is generally more open to other people. He tries to take charge, however, which usually results in his over-whelming himself over simple tasks. Amelia remembers Teran as a good-natured person, but that may change when they finally reunite after his imprisonment. After all, heaps and heaps of torture isn't healthy for one's mind... Comments: Teran, Teran, Teran...if he wasn't hanging on a cross about now, he'd probably get more character development. First series, however, I'm just trying to introduce the cast, and Teran will get a HUGE role in the second series, so I'll flesh him out more then.
