Dan and Buddy Garza made a trip to San Fernando, Tamps. Mexico in search
of information on the Garza family roots. The trip went extremely well as the first person they spoke to in
city hall referred them to a man who was standing by. It turned out that
the man was related to our family and took them to Maria del Refugio De la Garza
who is the oldest living member of the Eduardo de la Garza descendents in San
Fernando. She was very knowledgeable and had a very detailed recollection
of the births in the family. They also got to meet two of her brothers, Ovidio and Viro de la Garza.
