Appearance:
Pandora has long, glossy brown hair and brown/goldish imploring eyes in a oval shaped face. She is tall, slim, tender-voiced and flawless.

Mortal Background/History:
Lydia was born in 15 B.C., the only daughter of a rich Senator of Rome. She had an excellent home education and, at the age of 10, first met Marius and immediately fell in love with him, but he left soon after.
Lydia was married twice but had no children, and was a follower of the Goddess Isis.
When her father committed suicide and there were murders of distant family members (her family fell out of favour of the Emperor Tiberius), Lydia fled to Antioch. During this time, Lydia has dreams of blood drinkers and thirsts for blood herself, but she is unsure of the meaning of these dreams. Later on, she deduces that she was a vampire in a past life then was reincarnated as a mortal.
Once she arrived in Antioch, she was left alone with her fathers wealth and took on a new name, Pandora. With this money, Pandora bought two slave girls and a one-legged man, Flavius. She was enamored of Flavius quick wit and knowledge, and vice-versa.
In the temple of Isis she, much to her delight, met a much changed Marius. Pandora discovers his secret and attempts to seduce him in order to make her into a vampire, to no avail.
Marius shows Pandora the King and Queen, Enkil and Akasha, when a vampire Akbar attacks her. He drains her to the point of death, and Marius has no choice but to save his love by giving her the Dark Gift.
Immortal Background/History:
Soon after, Akasha allows Pandora to drink from her.
Pandora and Marius live together for 200 years in Antioch, bringing flowers and singing hymns to Enkil and Akasha. During that time, Pandora makes Flavius a vampire, due to the fact he was going to die. Marius, in a rage, banishes Flavius from Antioch.
Over the years, Marius and Pandora quarreled now and then, when the feuds finally separate them.
Years later, Pandora makes another vampire, Arjun, out of loneliness and despair. Shes described as being rather distant and remote.
Pandora and Marius do not meet again until one night, in Dresden, in the late 1600s. Their meeting is a memorable moment; the love between them revived. Marius urgently requests that Pandora leave with him and to rid herself of Arjun, but she refuses. She regrets her refusal and sends a letter to Marius, asking him to meet her again another night and whisk her away from Arjun. Marius never receives this letter until many years later.
(QotD) In the 17th Century, Pandora becomes Azims companion until 1984, when she learns from Azim that Marius was trapped under the ice. She leaves Azim to rescue Marius (he was trapped under the ice after Akasha awakened), and was accompanied by Santino. Pandora also failed to receive the dreams of the twins, but survived throughout Akasha's slaughter of the immortals. After Akasha was destroyed, Pandora seemed to fall under a sort of despair; being dark and detached. She barely noticed Marius attention or the gifts he presented, and buried herself in videos and the piano. Pandora was one of the first to leave the NightIsland, and seemed the only one (beside Lestat) to be saddened over Akasha's death.
(Pan) Some time later, David Talbot approached Pandora about writing the story of her life, which she pens herself. She then decides to check on the welfare of Lestat, hearing the news of his trip to Heaven and Hell.
(TVA, MtD) Pandora still continued to be quite distant, playing in the shadows of the New York City cathedral where Lestat remained in his death-like sleep. She does, however, care for Benji and Sybelle with Marius, at Armands request.
(B&G) In Marius company, she witnesses the elimination of Santino.
Reason for the DarkGift:
Pandora was at the point of death, drained completely by Akbar. Marius, whos love for her was far greater than his logic, saved her by giving her the Dark Gift.
