  • Elmer Brickie - boggan Lord Mayor of Fair Oaks and proprietor of Pine Tavern Lodge, which hosts the Free Moot, the commoner coincil of Rowan-Oak.
  • Benjazet Johnson - Herald-in-Chief of the county, this eshu was once virtual prince of the region prior to the Resurgence.
  • Tarannon - the reclusive hamadryad of Fiddler's Green and self-appointed guardian of the forests.
  • Seámus - the gregarious ondine philosopher who inhabits the spring at Fiddler's Green.
