I want to cut my hair. When Sara and I first met my hair was very short. I was just getting it to grow again after snack (yummy) of Kemo. LOL.So He has always wanted me to grow it. I hate the length, it is hot, hard to keep up and I feel is unattractive. So for all last week we talked about it and yesterday when I went to the beauty parlor, I kept my promise and only got a trim.

My hairdresser said" you told me you were going to chop it off not grow it out more" I said yes but ,my husband would be flat out angry if I did"

She said why should he care, It's my hair. I said yes but, it brings my husband pleasure and confidence when we are together in public. Where is Davey, That mad man leading up to with this? sacrifice , compromise, and setting up boundaries. This includes staying attractive, to you're SO's.

I hate shaving but, I do every day, same difference. I hate make up but, when we do a function as a couple I wear my dress and make up.

Where as I knew about Sara's CDing behaviors, from the start she was never told
 ( though she thought it was possible,) and was never positive. This has been harder on her ( I think). I'm a house wife ,so my job description entails ( putting clean Clothes away), it's a good excuse to look in my husbands closet. I have taken his hat  with out permission  once, and only one time. I was busted with his best cowboy hat. My point is we sacrifice a lot to stay attractive to the ones we love, Regardless of whether we CD or not. So If you love you're SO( I love Sara very much, some compromise is always worth it.
