This page is for anyone who has never seen Highlander, here is a quick run over of the charaters from the TV show and movie. For those that have seen Highlander and are going through this for fun please notify me if you think I missed something important in describing the characters. Thank You, enjoy.

Amanda:

Amanda is about 1200 years old. Her teacher was an immortal called Rebecca. Amanda is a trouble maker and theif, she has been the bane of Duncan's existence eversince they met. No matter how many loves Duncan or Amanda may have on the side, Amanda and Duncan always return to each other and love each other very much. Methos once hinted that no other immortal had a chance to date Amanda while Duncan still had his head.

Darius:

Born in 50 C.E. Darius's first death took place in 95 C.E. In 410 C.E. he attempted to lead an army across Europe, Rome being on the verge of collapse, but at the gates of Paris Darius killed a holy man and became a holy man himself. He meets Duncan MacLeod in 1815, and is killed in Paris May 30, 1993, by James Horton head of the Hunters.

Joe Dawson:

Joe Dawson is Duncan MacLeod's Watcher. Little is known about is past except that he lost his legs in Vietnam, and was shortly afterwards introduced to the Watchers. MacLeod follows the clues left by Darius after he died. The clues lead MacLeod to Joe Dawson. The immortal and the Watcher became friends dispite thier bumpy start and very bumpy ride, splitting up more then once.

Kronos:

methos2.jpg

Kronos is an old firend of Methos and Leader of the Four Horsemen. Korons is arrogant and blood thirsty, which leads to his beheading by Duncan MacLeod. Kronos is assumed to be 1000 years younger then Methos, making him over ten times Duncan's age at four thousand.

Anne Lindsay:

Anne Lidsay was one of Duncan MacLeod's many girl friends. She broke up with him not long after finding out he was immortal. Anne Lindsay is an ER doctor. Although I pesonally never really liked her I thought she'd give my stories an interesting twist. Anne is the Mother of Mary Lindsay born in the episode "Blitz".

Conner MacLeod:

Conner MacLeod was born almost five hundred years ago, he died his first time in battle, he was killed by an immortal that he later beheaded (1st Highlander Movie). Conner is somewhat darker then his younger kinsmen Duncan, whom Conner taught. Conner's teacher was Ramirez. He too has a sense of honor and a moral code. He appears in the first Highlander episode and in Highlander: End Game, with Duncan.

Duncan MacLeod:

Duncan MacLeod of the Clan MacLeod was born about four hundred years ago in the Highlands of Scotland. He was killed for the first time in a dipute with another Clan. After he came back to life his father disowned him and he wandered till he found his teacher Conner MacLeod. Duncan called Mac by his friends has a strict moral code and sense on honor that lands him in trouble on a regular basis, his friends don't help much either.

Methos:

Methos is the worlds oldest immortal, he meets Duncan (first appears on the show) in the episode "Methos". Methos is over five thousand years old, and has a less then perfect past, as shown by his stint with the Four Horsemen. Methos is a very laid back, easy going person, he is rarely shown drinking anything but beer. Methos had a strong sense of self preservation and would rather run then fight if given the chance. One of Methos' favorite pass-times is annoying Duncan.

Ramierz:

Born in Egypt in 896 B.C., he became Immortal when he was run over by a huge runaway cart. Ramirez also Tak Ne was last employed by King Charles V of Spain as his Chief Metallurgist. Throughout his life, Ramirez has had three wives, the last of which was Shakiko, a Japanese princess and daughter of the great swordsmith Masamune who made Ramirez a dragon-head katana.  The sword was taken by Connor MacLeod after Ramirez was killed by the Kurgan.

Lund (my character):

llillith.jpg

lund.jpg

Lund is my own addition to the Highlander world. She is a very complicated character, I do not believe that my stories at this point in time have shown her character properly. Lund has something in common with the MacLeods, she was born in the Highlands of Scotland in the same place as the MacLeods, but she was born much earlier (84 CE). Thus when she met Duncan she met someone raised by the descendants of her own people. Lund is very independent, and has a drive to be better then the next MAN in everything. Lund is very emotional although she tries (in the more modern stories) to hide it. However she is somewhat weaker in her attempts to hide her emotions when Methos is in trouble. She is superstitious and continues to worship the gods and goddesses of the Celts, she also believes she hads the ability to comunicate with the dead. She recieves advice and warning from them. With Lund I wanted to bring a character in between Methos and MacLeod, who are at two opposite ends of the self-preservation spectrum, I have attempted to stick Lund between the two. Lund also understands Methos more then anyof the already created Highlander characters. We all know that from the first episode he is in he is hiding something, Methos slowly shows MacLeod that he does care about some things but would not give his life to save them. Lund turns out to be the one person he would lay down his life for; this is the same for Lund after Kronos' death. Lund at least one very hard obstacle to over come, and that is her age. I have put her in her second year of adulthood as a Celt, but two years from being an adult in the modern world. Thus she is stuck at an in between age. The main shaper of Lund's character is what she refers to as 'the thousand years of hell'. This refers to the time between the beginning of the Middle Ages and modern times. She was raised in a culture where women were equal with in the first nine hundred years of her life women were no longer considered people, she as a result became very bitter, this is also the reason behind her drive to do every thing better then anyone else.
