MSN-03 Jagd Doga [Gyunei Gass' Custom]

Synopsis: My familiarity with this suit as well as the other Jagd Doga is somewhat vague but these guys are meant to be the newtype upgrades to the Geara Doga. These guys are indeed bulkier but lack a little in terms of accessories.
The Figure: This was among my first CCA MSiAs to get and in the company of Sazabi and Nu Gundam this guy had some things missing. As a figure itself its pretty good in terms articulation with a few limitations here and there. The head like the other Neo Zeon suits, cant elevate due to its bulky helmet. The protruding crest is a bit interesting, reminding me of my pet cockatiel. Head rotation is hindered due to the chin or beak of the face dipping down too low. The arms are okay but have a bit of articulation to them despite some armor getting in the way particularly in the shoulders where the plate of armor housing the funnels are connected. The thrusters on the shoulders are pretty moveable due to a ball joint. The only other hindrance to this figure comes from the overlapping armor near the hands that can serve to hinder grasping of items.
The legs are pretty nice and are not obstructed by armor in any critical manner. The feet move well despite the armored skirt. Detail is pretty good. The Torso is loaded with detail and can rotate rather well. The backpack has removable.

The Accessories:
Beam Rifle: its a little small but the detail is pretty good, it features a swiveling ring at the stock for some unknown reason.

Shield: Its small and plugs in the back of the forearm, when in place the shield hinders the arm a little in terms of movement and conflicts with the shoulder armored plate housing the funnels.

Beam Saber and Heat Bayonet: an odd concept I never figured out. The beam blade is textured but the rather short beam blade is also somewhat flimsy.

Funnels: Whats a newtype without funnels? 6 closed funnels are housed in the shoulder armor, they are removable however the peg is a little bit of an eyesore. 3 funnels are open and mount nowhere on the mobile suit and are detailed and small.

Play Value: This suit is pretty playable, with the articulation the figure exhibits I cant see how play can be hindered in any way. The sparse accessories may become an issue.

Display Value: Its a curious piece, having a charm of its own although the Sazabi is libel to being the big attention-getter.

Dollar Value: The accessories are rather sparse but the figure itself is rather large and rather articulate. Id say $10 is the max to pay for this unit.

Conclusion: I like the design and although the lack of diverse accessories came into question the figure still has some interesting qualities to consider.

Score: 7/10 A nice figure but articulation problems and a little lacking in accessories hurt it a bit.
