| Dive Trip 2001 The
Peninsula River Rats traveled to the Dry Tortugas for this year's dive trip aboard the 100 foot Ultimate Getaway out
of Ft. Myers, Florida. The boat departed on Sunday, May 13, and returned
Thursday, May 17. The trip offered the opportunity of making up to seven dives

Dive Trip 2000 The club spent six nights on the 90 foot live-aboard dive boat Sea Fever with five days of diving. The Sea Fever sailed from Miami on Sunday, May 7, 2000, and returned on Thursday, May 11. A total of 23 diving opportunities were available during the cruise. Most of the diving was near Bimini and as far as 80 miles northeast of Bimini. The weather conditions did not permit travel to the Casal Bank area as planned. Club Divemaster Robb Myer booked the boat for the ten club members and four honorary River Rats making the trip. For additional details, go to the Sea Fever web site.
