"Camaraderie Through Safe Diving" The Club The Peninsula River Rats is a SCUBA divers association located in Hampton, Virginia, dedicated to "camaraderie through safe diving". The club promotes the enjoyment and safety as well as the educational aspects of diving. Club members include civilians and active and retired members of the U.S. military. Membership is open to all who are interested in diving. Club members range in experience level from novice to dive master. The club organizes a variety of local dives as well as multi-day diving trips to a variety of locations in Virginia, North Carolina, South Carolina, Florida and the Caribbean. Club dues are $15 per year for individual or family membership.
