 ur
seven-month furlough seems
like it has passed in a flash. Where
did the time go? It feels like it
was just yesterday that
we were stepping
off the plane into weather 90o cooler than the steamy tropics of
Irian Jaya. Now with hearts warmed
by your love for us as a family and your commitment to the ministry the Lord has
given us, we face another term on the field with great anticipation. We could
not ask for better friends, family, or supporters.
We think of you everyday in utter amazement at your love and commitment
to the Lord. Thank you for allowing
this to spill over into our lives. Pray
that soon we will be able pass it on to the Maniwo people.

I know there is no turning back once my feet have left the ledge. Amid
the rush I hear a voice telling me it’s time to take a leap of faith.
So here I go - I’m diving in!
