Proclamation of Independence, 1991
Source:
"Croatia ... passed a package of laws
asserting independence from Yugoslavia at 'shortly after 6:00 P.M.',
on 25 June 1991, in the capital, Zagreb. ... On the day the passing
of the laws was regarded as the moment of independence declaration
[...] the actual proclamation of independence ... was made about
two hours after the vote. The time of independence as reported by
Croatian astrologers is therefore the televised proclamation at
7:56 PM CET. " Campion, "The Book
of World Horoscopes," (Second Edition, 1996), p. 125.
