Electromagnetic  Inspections  are  capable  of  detecting  defects  in  standard  wall  tubulars. However  a  full-body  Ultrasonic  Inspection  is  recommended  and  specified  for  Heavy-Wall  Tubulars  and  non-ferromagnetic  and  Chrome-Alloy  Tubulars.
