Organized by the 2CV/Dyane Club of Portugal.
Forthcoming the 1999 2CV World Meeting in Greece, the portuguese club organized a meeting to prepare our country participation.
As usually, the place chosen was near "Torre the Belém" in Lisbon, from where the portuguese navigators start their overseas voyages of discovery on the XVth and XVIth centuries.
