Sailor Moon and Sailor Chibi-Moon save a girl from a daimon. As they turn around they see another Sailor Scout and Tuxedo Mask running away from the scene.

The girl introduces herself as Hotaru Tomoe, and uses her healing power on Chibi-Moon. When Hotaru arrives home, she is having another fit attack, and goes to bed. Her father gives her an amulet her mother used to wear since her medicine does not seem to be working.

The scouts meet to determine who their new enemy is, but have very little information. They think the new scouts may be enemies since they ran away, or maybe the Infinity students Haruka and Michiru. Darien researches and finds the owner of the Infinity College is Soichi Tomoe, Hotaru's father.

Both Kaori Night and Michiru and Haruka are looking for the 3 talismans. Darien can sense their search but still knows little.

Darien runs into Michiru out in front of the video arcade, where they talk about the Infinity school. She offers him tickets to her upcoming concert at the school.

The girls meet after school and find from Lita that Raye has gone to the mountains to purify herself for her fifteenth birthday. They also find that the Infinity school is having a camp at the same mountain and go there to scout it out and throw a party for Raye.

Eudial, level 78 of the Witches 5, agrees to gather souls of the Infinity students for their master. She poses as a teacher for the school and leads the students in a late-night ceremony on the mountain which Raye and Lita discover.
