Sailor Mars attacks Eudial with her Snake Fire, which turns the witch into a medusa-like monster. The others come running up, and Sailor Moon destroys the creature. They notice as a figure in a Sailor Scout uniform starts running away. Sailor Moon gives chase and eventually finds a new scout waiting in a tree for her. The blonde woman tells her not to get in the way and kisses the startled Moon.

That night, all of the girls and Darien have a dream that tells them someone is trying to collect the "Talismans" to bring about the "God of Destruction". Bunny also dreams of Haruka kissing her, and then stepping back, a woman and then the new Sailor Scout from earlier.

After school that day, Bunny goes to the arcade as usual. While there, she meets Haruka. They talk for a little while, and Haruka finishes by giving Bunny tickets for her and her friends to see Michiru's violin concert.

Later at the Scout meeting, they determine that the popular idol, Mimi Hanyu, is giving a suspicious concert in the new Infinity Dome. The other concert there that night is Michiru's, which they decide scout out with Bunny's tickets, except for Mina who is a Mimi fan herself.

Kaori Night is worried about how easily Sailor Moon seems to be able to defeat a member of the Witches 5, with a power as great, and similar to, their own crystal. Mimete, another member of the Witches 5, who is also Mimi Hanyu, assures her all will go well.

Rini remembers the handkerchief Hotaru bandaged her arm with, and buys another to replace it. She brings the new one over to where she first met Hotaru and eventually the girl comes by on her way home. They go to her house together, and Rini is having a good time with her new friend, when Hotaru has another fit. Rini takes out her Silver Imperium Crystal and uses it to heal the girl's pain. When she starts to leave, Haruka (wearing a skirt) and Michiru pick her up in a helicopter and take her back to Bunny's.

The girls meet in the Infinity Dome the night of the concert. Rini comes up to join them, since she is there with Darien, who had received tickets from Michiru herself. While they are enjoying the concert, Mina uses her old Sailor V compact to transform into an Infinity student and sneaks into the Mimi Hanyu concert. When Mimi reveals herself as Mimete and tries to take the student's souls, Mina transforms and confronts the witch as Sailor Venus.
