All the Sailor Scouts look up and see Sailor V, the fifth scout. The white cat tells them she is not only Sailor V, but heiress to the Moon Kingdom, Princess Serenity. Sailor Moon realizes the crescent-moon mark on Sailor V's forehead must be the mark of the princess. She feels her own forehead grow hot and her tiara morphs into a jeweled crescent form.

Tuxedo Mask murmurs "Princess Serenity", finding the name familiar. Sailor V hears and spins that way. Tuxedo Mask runs off, but V catches a glimpse of him, noting his familiarity. Tuxedo Mask hurries away, feeling inadequate since he could not protect Sailor Moon.

Sailor V turns and tells Sailor Moon she has been training her through the arcade game. She greets the rest of the scouts and tells them they all have to remember their former lives. In order to go back to the control room, Sailor V morphs back and introduces herself as Mina, also in the 8th grade.

In the control room, Mina tells the rest of the scouts about her own adventures. She met Artemis some time ago and together they solved mysteries. She comments the other scouts met each other late and while they have been training, she investigated the enemy, the Dark Kingdom. Led by an evil power so horrible no living creature can compare. A long time ago, this enemy ruined the happiness of the Moon Kingdom before being buried. Now that the enemy has been unsealed, the Sailor Scouts must stop it forever to avoid the past tragedy, that is why they were awakened. But, their memories are still fuzzy.

Bunny wakes up the next morning from the dream of the man in the distance calling out to "Serenity", whom she had called "Endymion". Even though it's only 6:00, she gets up and sees her father getting back from his jog. He comments it's not like her to be up already, and she tells him it hasn't really been her before. She says she is both Bunny and Sailor Moon, but he doesn't believe her. She wonders if the real her is Bunny or Sailor Moon.

On her way to school, Bunny sees Darien reading on a bench and goes up to him. He has a stack of books about jewels, and she wonders about the Silver Imperium Crystal. He looks up and comments "I don't deserve to be with you...But it seems like fate." She likes his calling her "Buns". Reaching into her pocket, Bunny pulls out the pocketwatch to return, but he tells her to keep it, mentioning he has something to return to her as well. He doesn't tell her what, but promises to trade items with her the next time he sees her. Bunny smiles up at him, promising as well.

Luna walks past Bunny and Darien as they talk, noticing they are in their own world. Worried about Bunny, she wonders if Darien is right for her. However, Artemis comes up, telling her not to be concerned. Part of her memory was not revived in order to make finding and training the scouts easier, but tells her she can now learn of her true past.

Back in the Dark Kingdom, Queen Metallia tells Beryl to finish off the Sailor Scouts immediately, before they can find the Crystal. Queen Beryl sends her last warrior, Kunzite to take care of the scouts and bring the Silver Imperium Crystal to her.

That night, all of the scouts meet together. Meanwhile, Kunzite causes a massive power outage throughout the city. As Raye teases Bunny, Lita feels the huge transfer of energy through the cables of the city, which Bunny guesses to be the enemy. They all morph and head out. They see a concentration of light at the top of Tokyo Tower and head towards it. Bunny thinks about Tuxedo Mask, wondering where Darien is. Something inside of her is calling "Endymion!"

Darien wakes up quickly, having heard someone call him, wondering if it was a dream. He notices the blackout and see the bright concentration of light at the top of the Tower.

The scouts reach the bottom of Tokyo Tower and climb to the top. Kunzite appears, and Sailor Moon uses her "Moon Healing Escalation", which he easily deflects and falls off the tower. Tuxedo Mask catches her. She tells him it's not safe, gives him a kiss and runs back to the fight. He notices she is much stronger today and wonders about what her real personality is.

As the scouts attack, Kunzite gathers their energy to throw back at them. Sailor Moon tells the other scouts to get the princess to safety as she faces the enemy, but Sailor Venus tells them to protect Sailor Moon. Tuxedo Mask swears to protect her this time, and jumps in front of Sailor Moon, taking the energy blast himself, falling into her arms.
