Steven "Poncho" Ayala was a wonderful friend, father, brother, son, and Marine.  He was another of our boys....Taken Too Soon.  He will be greatly missed by all of his friends, family, Marines, and especially his boys!  We love you, Poncho!  (You and Bert try not to do too much damage to Heaven before Chris and I get there to keep you in line!)

I had the poem "The Dash" here, but had to remove it due to the fact I did not have permission to use it, and that it is copyrighted.  I will see if there is any way I can get permission to use it and put it back.  If not, I'm sorry.  I will find something to put here.  If any of ya'll have anything, poem, song, story, about Poncho, please send it to me.  Thanks!

Wrestling as usual!

We all know that Steven spent his "Dash" making those around him smile and laugh as much as possible.  He was a kid who refused to grow up.  Like wiping out on the corner in the pedal car with Chris.  Or riding the kids plastic tables down the stairs and out the front door.  The last time he came to visit with us, he was outside playing football with all of the kids.  Why grow up when playing is so much fun?  More of us should have that philosophy in life.
